Spelt Yogurt Rolls, you can make rolls, bagels or small pizza.
Topp it wit bagel seasoning, parmesan cheese, garlic and bacon.
Ingredients
250 gram greek yogurt
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp monk sugar
350 gram spelt flour
1 pack baking powder
Directions
In a bowl, whisk the quark with the egg, oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of sugar until smooth. Then, combine the flour and baking powder and knead into a dough with the quark mixture.
On a floured work surface, roll the dough into a log approximately 7 cm in diameter and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape the pieces into balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut a cross into the top of each roll with a kitchen knife.
Now, bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the second rack from the bottom for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. 180°C (convection oven) is sufficient.
