Ingredients
500 grams ground meat
3 tbsp pork crumbs
60 grams parmesan cheese
50 grams onions
1 garlic clove
1 egg
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Italian herbs
salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
125 grams mozzarella
Directions
Mix the ground meat with the pork crumbs, parmesan, onion and garlic.
Season with mustard, herbs, salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil and grill the patties until done.
For the tomato sauce: Sauté the onions until soft, mix in the tomato sauce and let simmer down. Put the patties in an oven baked form with the tomato sauce and top with the mozzarella.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes, by 350F.
