Note: Plan to make most of these ahead of time for quick and easy assembly.
Make the hummus according to this recipe, and Baba ganoush according to this recipe. You can prepare both of these the night before and store in the fridge. If you like, try roasted garlic hummus or roasted red pepper hummus to change things up.
