Mit diesem Rezept kannst du Kräuterquark ganz einfach selber machen. Er schmeckt nicht nur zu Pellkartoffeln: auch zu Ofen pommes, Gemüsesticks und Bratlingen passt der Quark hervorragend.
Ingredients
500 grams fage yogurt 2%
100 grams plain yogurt
100 grams sour creme
1 tsp lemon juice
1 large garlic
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Direction
Rinse chives, dill and parsley and shake dry. Cut chives into fine rolls. Remove the coarse stems from the dill and parsley and chop finely. Peel off onion and dice finely.
Mix low-fat quark with yogurt and sour creme add lemon juice. Stir in the herbs and onion. Season with iodized salt and pepper.
