Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar, 200 gram
1 cup heavy cream, 240 ml
1 cup vodka, 240 ml
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
Gradually add cream and vanilla, mix well.
Slowly stir in vodka.
Pour into bottles, refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
